3. Estimated Transit Times

  • Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8 to 15 business days.

Please note: While we work hard to meet these delivery windows, they remain estimates. Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, international customs processing, or local carrier delays are beyond our direct control.

4. Following Your Package

Once your tracking link is emailed to you, you can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time. Please allow a grace period of up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking portal to reflect the initial movement of your package.

5. International Customs & Import Taxes

Gqyyqgok does not cover, and is not responsible for, any customs duties, import taxes, or local tariffs associated with your order. Any such charges levied during or after the delivery process must be paid entirely by the customer.

6. Damaged Goods & Missing Parcels

  • Damage in Transit: If an item reaches you in a damaged or defective state, please email support@gqyyqgok.com within 72 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence. We will promptly issue a full refund or send a free replacement.

  • Lost Packages: We cannot assume liability for parcels that go missing after the shipping carrier officially marks them as "Delivered." If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please consult your neighbors and immediately contact your local post office for assistance.
