The legal title to the purchased items, as well as the risk of loss or damage, transfers from us to you the moment we hand the shipment over to the delivery carrier.

These Terms and your relationship with Roniris are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. In the event of a disagreement, both parties commit to attempting an informal, good-faith resolution by contacting support@roniris.com for a minimum of 30 days before initiating formal legal proceedings.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER & COMPLETE AGREEMENT

The failure of Roniris to enforce any right or rule in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. This document represents the entire agreement between you and Roniris.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS

You are not permitted to transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may, however, assign our rights and obligations under this agreement at our sole discretion.
